ProsperIS has formed a close working relationship with Computicket.

Wireless Connectivity for Computickets remote, mobile ticket sales office is now supplied by ProsperIS.

This is accomplised with various state of the art broadcasting technologies.

Events include Die Weskus Fees, Die Brander Fees, The Cheese Festival, The Baby Show but to name a few. 

World Association of Newspapers

In June of 2007, the Cape Town International Convention Centre hosted the WAN Congress.

ProsperIS was tasked with constructing a 60 user Internet Cafe, with high speed connectivity.

All the events IT requirements were serviced by ProsperIS, including networking to vaious venues and office equipment.

In total over 100 HP high specifiation computers were installed and maintained for the event duration. 

ProsperIS staff was also onsite 24hours a day to ensure the smooth running of this high profile event. 

International Diabetes Federation Congress In December 2006, 12 000 delegates converged on the Cape Town International Convention Centre to attend the 19th International Diabetes Federation Congress.

ProsperIS was tasked with the challenge of supplying international level IT connectivity to the organisers.

More than 130 network points, 120 HP computers and 40 HP networked printers were installed. These were distributed between the Registration, Internet Cafe, Speaker Preview Room and various other administration offices.

ProsperIS staff were at hand 24 hours a day to offer complete, round then clock IT support. 
Cape Town International Jazz Festival

The Cape Town International Jazz Festival is one of the many annual events serviced by ProsperIS.

ProsperIS is responsible for the networking of ticket sales sites, access control, and administration sites.

All IT equipment is supplied by ProsperIS.

The fact that many of the areas which require connectivity are offsite, and rely on state of the art wireless solutions for connectivity, makes ProsperIS even more proud with the success of this event. 

Sita Govtech The 2nd annual SITA Govtech conference was serviced by ProsperIS in 2007.

It is South Africa’s premier government technology event, where all the latest IT technologies are showcased.

ProsperIS was proud to be awarded the contract to build and maintain this events network, considering the sensitive nature of the Governments Information Technology. Almost 200 network points were installed.

The secure network was put to the ultimate test, a public competition was announced: Anybody could attend and try to "hack" the network for a substantial prize, needless to say, this competition was never won! And the network remained secure for the entire duration.
G20 Summit In October 2007, the G20 gathered at the Kleimond country estate, Arebella Western Cape Hotel and Spa.

It is the first time the event described by Finance Minister Trevor Manuel as "Probably the most significant gathering of economic policy makers ever seen in South Africa", has been held on African soil.

The monumental task of IT connectivity and VIOP telecommunications was outsourced to ProsperIS.

As the delegates took occupancy in the Estates house, a wired solution would not suffice. ProsperIS built a complete wireless mesh, with state of the art wireless equipment. 47 Houses had internet connection, and VOIP telecommunication over 4 square kilometers. this was all connected to the hotels PABX, which allowed extension dialing between rooms, houses and the hotel. The Media Centre was connected with a combination of Wireless and Fibre Optic links. Not a single failure was experienced for the duration of the event. 
WCA 2008

The 14th World Congress of Anaesthesiologists was held in Cape Town early in 2008, and 6000 International delegates attended.

ProsperIS was contracted to supply all the networking, high specification computers, and high speed network printers to the event.

These were used in the Registration area, Internet Cafes, Signage System and Speaker Preview Room.

More than 160 computer were supplied for the event, and over 50 printers were installed, all networked. The entire venue was blanketed by high speed wireless access points.

ProsperIS was also tasked with the IT support for the duration of the event.
